About the Role:

As an arenaflex At-Home Support Expert, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and have a knack for problem-solving. As a key member of our support team, you'll engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues related to arenaflex products. Key Responsibilities:

Education:

You're enrolled as a student at a U.S.-based university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher. -

Work Environment:

You have a quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk. -

Internet Connection:

You have a hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps. -

Availability:

You're available to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week. -

Flexibility:

You can flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs. -

Typing Speed:

You can meet the minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers. -

Assessment and Training:

You've successfully completed a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training. -

GPA:

You have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
