Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Indonesian and English. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible listening experience. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Indonesian and English

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Help customers navigate the music streaming platform
  • Ensure customers have the best possible listening experience
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

  • Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity and focus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer support or a related field

  • Knowledge of music streaming services and platforms
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Workspace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or above

  • Working webcam and willingness to use it during orientation/as needed by project
  • Must be willing to download and install arenaflex security systems on your computer and mobile phone
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBPS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended

* A Chromebook is not sufficient for arenaflex projects
