The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping customers navigate and succeed with our software. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to customers via email, phone, and chat, troubleshooting complex issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of arenaflex. You'll become a product expert, collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues, gathering insights and feedback from our customers, and identifying and documenting bugs or issues in the arenaflex software.

Key Responsibilities:

* Guide customers via email, phone, and chat to ensure timely issue resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to the arenaflex software, collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues
  • Gather insights and feedback from customers to improve the arenaflex software and customer experience
  • Identify and document bugs or issues in the arenaflex software to ensure timely resolution and improvement
  • Develop technical documentation for internal and external use to support customer success and onboarding
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer engagement and loyalty

What Makes You a Great Fit:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, tech support, or a similar role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex platform-related issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM and customer support software like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Extra Bonus Points:

* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus

  • Familiarity with vacation rental software and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
