Experienced Customer Account Manager - 3PL/Warehouse Expansion Strategist

About the Role:

As an Experienced Customer Account Manager - 3PL/Warehouse Expansion Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving arenaflex's growth strategy by building and maintaining strong relationships with our 3PL warehouse partners. Your primary objective will be to "land and expand" within these warehouses, ensuring that our partners become our biggest cheerleaders and advocates for arenaflex's services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Travel to our 3PL warehouse partners and build key relationships, with up to 30% of your time spent on the road

  • Collaborate with our Sales, Onboarding, Operations, and Brand Success teams to ensure successful adoption of arenaflex and expansion within 3PL
  • Map out the inner-workings of each 3PL partner, identifying decision makers, understanding what each 3PL values, and how each operates
  • Become an expert on the arenaflex product, staying up-to-date with industry trends and news, and educating customers on product features, best practices, and new offerings to maximize their success
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer relationships and drive referrals, proactively engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and resolve any concerns
  • Embody arenaflex's value of "You are an owner," taking initiative and ownership of your work, and contributing to the company's growth and success

What You'll Bring:

* Located in the Eastern timezone, with a strong ability to connect easily with customers and communicate effectively through verbal and written means

  • Approximately 2-5 years of experience in account management, business development, customer success, sales, or consulting, with a strong record of dealing with ambiguity and working in high-pressure environments
  • Empathy and the ability to take initiative on doing the right thing for the customer, with a drive to understand clients' business goals, anticipate future needs, and identify solutions
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex problems clearly and concisely to different audiences, with resourcefulness and a willingness to find answers even when they're not readily available
  • Experience working with warehouses, ecommerce, or logistics is a plus, but not necessary
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
