Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Proactive Customer Outreach: Engage with active customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to explore their goals and challenges.
- Opportunity Identification: Analyze customer needs, usage patterns, and organizational goals to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities.
- Targeted Questioning: Conduct thoughtful discussions to understand customers' current and desired outcomes, aligning them with our solutions.
- Collaboration with Account Management: Share insights and opportunities with the Account Management team for seamless handoffs and long-term planning.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools like Salesforce and sales analytics platforms to analyze customer data and identify trends.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to refining workflows and outreach strategies for maximum impact.
Core Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience
in sales roles or account expansion.
Fluent English
(written and verbal) with excellent communication and active listening skills.
Analytical mindset
with the ability to manage and interpret large customer data sets.
Proficiency
with Salesforce and sales tools for outreach and tracking.
Ability to work autonomously
while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience

Salary Range and Benefits
