Your Role
As a Customer Service Agent in Vehicle Coordination, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers are always on the road, safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for coordinating all processes to ensure a seamless experience, from handling customer inquiries to resolving issues and implementing solutions. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience, even in the face of challenges.

Your Objectives
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers are always mobile and supported in the event of an issue
- Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints and issues, working closely with our damage management partner to ensure swift and efficient resolution
- Support the processing of customer requests, including fleet management, returns, and end-of-contract procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives, driving innovation and growth
Your Profile
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar sector
- A completed education and relevant experience in the automotive industry, or a strong interest in cars and mobility
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk, is an asset but not essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in German and good English language skills
