Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Advocating for and consulting with customers to ensure they're getting the most out of our solutions
  • Providing training and support to new client users to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Encouraging adoption and engagement throughout the entire customer lifecycle
  • Diving into customer data and business rules to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing and implementing tailored solutions to address customer pain points and drive ROI
  • Building authentic and trusting relationships with key stakeholders in your portfolio
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer success initiatives
  • Providing regular executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions to reinforce the value of our partnership
  • Retaining and growing your portfolio organically through exceptional customer service and relationship-building

Who You Are

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager with:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing B2B customers, preferably in the Enterprise space
  • Comfort working directly with executives and senior-level management
  • Proven track record of managing simultaneous projects and delivering data-driven results
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with relational database concepts, SQL, and data analysis
  • Experience in Image Recognition (IR) or AI/Deep Learning is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships with customers
  • History of retaining and growing customer portfolios
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on what's important, even in high-pressure situations
  • Bachelor's degree and alignment with our company values

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive into customer data and business rules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-value results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in the beer/wine/spirits industry is a plus, with knowledge of on/off-premise, wholesalers, distributors, display compliance, brand ambassadors, goal-based attainment, and various BWS industry knowledge
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and relational database concepts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
