The Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Bridgeway product end-users, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, and will work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to diagnose and respond to questions in a timely manner. Your analytical mind, technical skills, and exceptional communication abilities will enable you to develop and maintain relationships with customers, leading to contract renewal and expansions.

Responsibilities

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the arenaflex Bridgeway products and services to efficiently triage and resolve client issues.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective support.
  • Log, track, and manage customer tickets from intake to completion, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to diagnose and respond to questions in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer experience that leads to contract renewal and expansions.
  • Analyze, research, and consult with subject matter experts to resolve software issues, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex product updates, releases, and enhancements, and communicate changes to customers as needed.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and software-related information to customers.
  • Quick learner who can confidently articulate software-related and technical concepts, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be task-oriented, to prioritize, and to manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment, with a strong commitment to remote work and collaboration.
