Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, processing medical record requests, and documenting information in multiple platforms. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys via phone calls, ensuring their medical record requests are processed efficiently and effectively.

  • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Work in a high-volume production environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) to perform tasks and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experience.
  • Participate in comprehensive onsite/virtual training program and job shadowing with an assigned mentor to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record management systems.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
