Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced virtual customer service representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a guest relations and operations support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

As a guest relations and operations support specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Guest Relations

+ Providing exceptional support to our guests via phone, email, and chat + Leveraging AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to deliver personalized and engaging guest messaging + Screening potential guests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner + Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner + Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional guest service + Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms

Company Tasks

+ Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

Essential Qualifications

* Language Skills: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI
  • Availability: Available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones
  • Availability: Must be available to work Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11p CST, with the possibility of additional overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience: Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or a related field

  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications: Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or equivalent certification
