Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing information and assistance to customers regarding flights, fares, and travel arrangements
- Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check, and/or fingerprinting, as required by the company and safety regulations
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
