What You'll Do as a Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service by being a good listener, empathetic, and proactive
- Working with confidential customer information while maintaining the highest level of sensitivity and discretion
- Resolving issues on the first interaction by being patient, understanding, and solution-focused
- Maintaining a constant working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions
- Documenting and updating records in our required systems
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a high school graduate with a diploma or certificate, who possesses:
- Intermediate English language skills and excellent communication abilities
- A polite and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to understand others' feelings and thoughts
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- The ability to see the big picture and attention to detail
- No prior experience, but a confident and enthusiastic attitude
