Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a part-time opportunity that requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person

  • Troubleshoot issues with soft drink fountain machines and other equipment
  • Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain gear
  • Investigate and resolve issues with pop fountain gear
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer service-oriented organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and other equipment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
