About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our remote team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements
• Collaborating with the FP&A team and other stakeholders to analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
• Providing guidance and support to junior accountants and other team members as needed
• Maintaining a high level of technical expertise and staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Possess strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis
• Possess a strong understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls
• Have experience with financial software, including NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite
