Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex Customer Support Team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer questions and provide information about prescription medication, health insurance, and other healthcare-related topics
  • Utilize knowledge and skills to provide solutions to customers, improving their healthcare experience and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare-related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare-related environment

  • Experience working in a healthcare-related field, such as pharmacy, nursing, or medical billing
  • Knowledge of healthcare-related terminology and concepts
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
