Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll be responsible for leading exploratory research, developing data-driven insights, and creating actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that inform key business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Lead exploratory research to identify trends, patterns, and insights in transportation data, including delivery times, driver behavior, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
- Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to analyze and predict transportation outcomes
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data warehousing and business intelligence solutions
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling
Test Tasks
* Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new transportation strategies
- Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as expedited shipping
- Develop driver examination for essential reasons behind late deliveries
- Analyze differences in performance between stores and markets

* Applying SQL and visualization skills to create reports that show the results of your investigations
- Collaborating with colleagues to gather the right data from different sources to support key investigations
- Leading exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and statistical analysis
- Automating tasks and creating processes that screen, analyze, and advise key stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
