Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+ retail locations, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner, while also maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized solutions and support
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using critical thinking and creativity to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are properly processed and stored

Physical Requirements

* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

• Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse
• Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages
• Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments
• Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store
• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes

Requirements

* Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience preferred
