We're seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our team and help us achieve this vision. As a Customer Engineer, you'll play a critical role in partnering with technical Sales teams to differentiate arenaflex Cloud to our customers. You'll help prospective and existing customers and partners understand the power of arenaflex Cloud, develop cloud solutions and architectures to solve their business challenges, engage in proofs of concepts, and troubleshoot any technical questions and roadblocks. You'll use your expertise and presentation skills to engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and present solutions on arenaflex Cloud.

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Engineer to join our team and help us drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Customer Engineer, you'll work closely with technical Sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. You'll share your expertise in enterprise infrastructure modernization to support the technical relationship with customers, including technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to arenaflex Cloud.

Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.

  • Share enterprise infrastructure modernization expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to arenaflex Cloud.
  • Work with arenaflex Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments.
  • Guide customers through assessments of existing legacy application environment(s) and provide recommendations on a prioritization roadmap for infrastructure and application modernization.
  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution on arenaflex Cloud.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure engineering, on-premise infrastructure engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
  • Experience with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing.
  • Experience with networking concepts such as software-defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers, and firewalls.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience prospecting, and building and maintaining customer relationships, along with building Greenfield territories in Enterprise accounts.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with arenaflex Cloud products and services.
