Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk / Typing Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems, processes, and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of data entry experience, preferably in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute input
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures
