Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant – Remote Focus Group Participant, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Sharing your opinions and experiences on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
- Using products and/or services, if provided, and being ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating fully in discussions, both online and in-person
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
