Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our live chat support team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll engage with customers through live chat, answer questions, provide information, and address concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Responsibilities

Requirements and Skills
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications
