Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven data entry clerk to join our team and support our fast-paced transportation environment. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources, answering phones, tracking shipments, and organizing paperwork. Responsibilities
As a data entry clerk at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Entering data from various sources (paper, image, phone, and/or email) with accuracy and speed
- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
- Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery
- Organizing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required + 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field + Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and speed + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities + Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office required + Transportation industry experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field + Experience with transportation software and systems + Strong communication and interpersonal skills
