Job Description
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data. You'll work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement reporting solutions, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and implement reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients.
- Design and develop packages for internal clients.
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
