Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Demand Planning, to join our team and lead our demand planning efforts. As a key member of our planning team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing demand plans that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that our demand plans are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Demand Planning, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Developing and executing demand plans that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that demand plans are aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on demand planning strategies and initiatives
• Managing and leading a team of demand planners to ensure that demand plans are executed effectively and efficiently
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborating with IT to ensure that demand planning systems and tools are aligned with business needs and objectives

Capability and Necessities

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following capabilities and necessities:

• Four-year degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or operations management
• Five or more years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing demand plans that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights and recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of demand planners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other demand planning tools and systems
• Strong scientific and mathematical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
