Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading Data-Driven Initiatives: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design data-driven solutions, and implement them using advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: You'll dive deep into complex data sets, uncovering insights and patterns that inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Communication and Collaboration: You'll work with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to technical teams, to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively communicated and acted upon.
- Data Governance and Quality: You'll ensure that data is accurate, complete, and consistent, and that data governance processes are in place to maintain data quality.
- Technical Leadership: You'll lead the development of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data visualization tools, and mentor junior team members to ensure technical excellence.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization * 1+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights *
Master's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or related field

Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management and technical teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

While not required, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge:
Graduate degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
* Certifications in data science, such as Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate or Power BI Data Analyst Certification *
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
