Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing friendly, professional assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently.

  • Gather and accurately document customer information, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines for customer interactions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence.
  • Meet individual, team, and department performance goals, contributing to arenaflex's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's policies and procedures to provide informed and accurate assistance.

Essential Qualifications

* At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong preference for call center experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple communication channels and priorities.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Windows 7, 8.1, or 10, and familiarity with Windows-based software.
  • Accurate keyboarding skills and typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet access, and a reliable cell phone or landline telephone.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.

Work Environment & Requirements

* This role requires regular interaction with customers and the ability to handle multiple communication channels.

  • You should be comfortable with a sedentary work environment that involves continuous keyboarding, sitting, hearing, and talking.
