Job Summary
As an arenaflex contractor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your own laptop or desktop computer, and will have the flexibility to create a work schedule that suits your needs. Our contractors are paid on an hourly basis, with the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, depending on their performance and client metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use technology, including computer applications and software, to manage customer interactions and provide solutions
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage customer relationships and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity

- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
