Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist with a strong background in Spanish language to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. If you're a motivated and talented individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interaction via inbound calls
  • Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
  • Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Team player and respectful of authority
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
  • Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home
