Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You will work from the comfort of your own home, provided that your computer meets our minimum technical requirements. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Work from home, using your computer to navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
