Compensation and Benefits

The US base compensation range for this full-time position is $153,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our compensation is not fixed by job, level, and area, and the range shown on each job posting reflects the base and maximum objective for newly added team member pay rates for the position across all US areas. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including position-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Conveying significant knowledge to clients on their security or functional conditions to drive navigation and specific activities
• Serving as a course for our team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts
• Driving navigation and specific activities for clients
• Collaborating with clients to understand their security and functional needs
• Developing and implementing strategies to meet client needs
• Providing guidance and support to team members
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment
• Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover
• Experience in team management, leading, and presenting to various audiences, including executives
• US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

If you have:

• Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
• Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
• Ability to communicate raw insights from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
• Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build strategies, and influence stakeholders
