Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Completing industry-leading training program: Receive comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
  • Outbound and inbound calls: Engage with clients and potential clients to set appointments and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilizing the Zoom platform: Educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients.
  • Assisting clients and potential clients: Help clients and potential clients complete electronic applications and resolve any issues they may encounter.
  • Attending team training: Participate in regular team training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
