Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to manage and analyze data
- Summarizing data for standardized reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
- Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data management processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
