Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborating closely with the Tier 2 and Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, leveraging your technical expertise and product knowledge.
  • Analyzing and escalating complex cases to ensure fast and effective resolutions, maintaining and improving key support metrics (CSAT, FRT, ART, RT, etc.).
  • Continuously developing product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new features, ensuring you're always equipped to provide expert support.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on technical support (arenaflex strongly prefers candidates with a proven track record in this area).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and address customer concerns, with a strong technical aptitude (experience with testing is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills for building positive customer relationships, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and clear communication.
  • Highly organized and accountable, with strong time management skills, ensuring you meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
