The Role
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services to assist in explaining services and claims information. You'll work in a remote environment, providing exceptional customer service while navigating our proprietary medical bill review system. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system
- Provide explanation of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures
- Interface with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a professional manner
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including monthly incentive goals and annual company bonus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Requirements:
* Must be able to train and work in a remote environment
- No prior medical insurance experience is required, as we'll train individuals who are willing to continue learning and growing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications
- Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to learn basic medical terminology

Compensation and Perks:
* Starting wage is $18.00 per hour, with the ability to earn more!
- Earn up to $200 extra per month and up to 4 hours of extra Paid Time Off by meeting monthly incentive goals
- Annual company bonus of up to 7% based on performance
