Job Summary
As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. This is a remote position, and you'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive brand experience. - Convert conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. - Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Work in a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection.
Requirements
- Must live within the state of Kansas. - Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. - Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher). - Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions. - Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. - Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred. - Gaming experience is preferred.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus.
