Role Overview

As a Customer Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our expanding operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling customer communications, managing documentation processes, and supporting back-office operations. Key Responsibilities

* Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

  • Documentation Review: Process and verify customer documents related to visa and immigration services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Backend Operations: Handle paperwork, maintain records, and ensure accurate filing of immigration-related applications, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Digital Workflow Management: Utilize AI and other digital tools to enhance efficiency in documentation and customer communication, streamlining processes and improving overall productivity.

Commitment & Compensation
