Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency
- Providing value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies and improve client satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues
- Promoting client retention and identifying opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless data processing and analysis
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
- Customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA's) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors
- Familiarity with financial services and wealth management industry
- Certification in data entry or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Hourly rate: $19.5 - $20 per hour
- Shift: First shift (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility)
