Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Data Entry & Management: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, and verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, handling correspondence, and uploading documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
  • Account Management: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process. Reconcile Purchase Orders and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining accurate records, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and implementing data quality controls.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Skills:

+ Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access) + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Certifications: None required, but relevant certifications (e.g., data entry, administrative support) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Salesforce: Familiarity with the Salesforce system and its applications
  • Data Analysis: Basic data analysis skills, including data interpretation and reporting
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, workflows, and technologies
