Key Responsibilities:

As an experienced virtual assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Guest Relations:

+ Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, or chat + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional customer service + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms

Company Tasks:

+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Work with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management + Assist with business financials/accounting, including the onboard of accounting systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

Essential Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field + Proficient in English, with excellent communication and grammar skills + Familiarity with Guesty and/or Operto Teams + Experience with AI-powered tools, including ChatGPT + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively + Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field + Knowledge of business financials/accounting + Experience with 3rd party vendor relations + Familiarity with VoiP technology and phone systems

Skills and Competencies:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite + Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

Note:

This is a part-time, contract-to-hire position, with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025. Shift availability must be Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11p CST, with the possibility of additional overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST. Apply for this job
