Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team in a remote Data Entry and Customer Support role. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering and updating customer information in our database, as well as providing exceptional customer service to resolve any issues or inquiries. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating customer information in our database with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data entry and customer service guidelines
  • Meeting weekly and monthly performance goals, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of data entry and customer service best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
