Job Summary

As a Full Stack Bookkeeper at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks, including data entry, financial analysis, and process improvement. You'll work closely with our finance team, cross-functional groups, and external partners to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry and Financial Analysis: Accurately and efficiently enter financial data into our systems, perform financial analysis, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive financial growth and improvement.

Essential Qualifications

*

3+ years of experience

in bookkeeping, financial analysis, or a related field.

Strong knowledge

of US GAAP, ASC 606, and IFRS accounting standards.

Proficient in SQL

and Python programming languages.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Certifications

in accounting, such as CPA or CMA.

Experience

with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Knowledge

of financial software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.

Experience

with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
