Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Part-Time Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts, providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services
  • Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions
  • Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and resolving complex issues

Training and Support

We believe that all our employees should receive adequate training and support to succeed in their roles. As such, full training will be provided for this role, even if you have never worked in customer service before. You'll learn about our products, policies, and procedures, as well as the software applications you'll be using. Additionally, ongoing support and guidance will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
