Key Responsibilities
* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with customers, and encourage them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Assist customers who require phone support, or assign leads to our closers to help close the deal
- Utilize our software to manage leads, track sales, and analyze performance
