About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and excellence. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills will be essential in driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
- Experience assembling presentations for stakeholders and executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
- Experience with data security and compliance initiatives
