Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk – Typing for arenaflex's Construction Department

As a part-time remote data entry clerk, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of our Construction Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process all invoices in INFOR, verifying GL coding and creating Purchase Orders as needed
- Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
- Electronically and paper filing of invoices processed as needed
- Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties, as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day
- Ability to occasionally move about inside the office
- Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
Job Qualifications:
* Experience in data entry, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision, with a preference for 10-key by touch
- Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with various office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
