Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English), you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and/or services. You will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet
- Resolve routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and/or services
- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Requirements
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Work Environment: Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Internet and Phone Requirements: High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
