Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish
• Taking ownership of the customer's experience, creating innovative solutions to resolve issues and concerns, and fostering brand loyalty
• Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
• Collaborating with food and beverage partners to accommodate the needs of Card Members, ensuring a high-quality experience in the lounge
• Providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a focus on delivering extraordinary experiences that exceed our customers' expectations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering extraordinary service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues
• Problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for customer issues and concerns
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred, but not required

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial in this role:

• Experience in travel consultation or concierge services
• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Familiarity with the Atlanta Airport and its amenities
