Job Summary
We're seeking experienced online research participants and customer service support specialists to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn additional income from the comfort of your home while contributing to the development of new products and services.
Responsibilities
As an online research participant and customer service support specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online and in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Completing written and oral instructions as provided by our team
- Completing written surveys for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating in discussions and providing honest feedback on products and services
- Reviewing and using new products or services before they are launched to the public
- Enjoying free samples from our sponsors and partners in exchange for your honest feedback
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently
Experience
While experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who are comfortable working independently and can commit to participating in online and in-person discussions. If you're a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation

- $300-$750 (multi-session studies)
Educational Requirements
We require a high school diploma or its equivalent for this role.
