Position Overview

As a Virtual Chat Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support via live chat. Your role will involve:

  • Responding promptly to customer queries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing accurate information about our health and wellness products and services
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues, including product inquiries, account management, and order tracking
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up
  • Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our product offerings and promotions
  • Gathering customer feedback and providing suggestions for improving customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our health and wellness products and services
  • Assist customers in resolving issues, including:

+ Product inquiries + Account management + Order tracking

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of our product offerings and promotions
  • Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Qualifications

* Excellent written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools or CRM software
  • Previous experience in customer service or chat support (preferred but not required)
  • Passion for health and wellness is a plus!
