Job Overview

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via our live chat platform. You will need to provide timely and accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. This is a remote position, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities with a competitive salary range of $15 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

- Respond to Customer Inquiries and Provide Support via Live Chat: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and providing support via our live chat platform. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. - Troubleshoot Technical Issues and Provide Solutions: You will need to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. This may involve escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. - Maintain a High Level of Professionalism and Customer Service: You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, even in challenging situations. - Keep Accurate Records of Customer Interactions and Transactions: You will need to keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and secure.

Requirements
